I am the maintenance supervisor of a local apartment homes site. Chem-dry Northeast does all of our carpets on the turns. they handle anywhere from 130 to 160 carpets a year for my site and the work they do is beyond words. There have been times where I thought the carpet was going to need to be replaced, but Phil and kevin some how worked wonders and brought it back to where it looks like it did when it was installed. What I really like is the process in which the carpets are cleaned. Everyone has seen the standard job when the van pulls up and it's long huge hoses ran through the house our site and it seems to take forever for the carpet to be cleaned, then dried. Chem-dry uses a process where it hardly feels wet and it's either dry or close to it in an hour. phil and Kevin are very polite and honest with the work they preform. If you are looking to clean your carpet give them a call, you won't be disappointed by the work and the outcome.
